Terms of service

The time of delivery will be dependent on stock availability. Should stock be available, orders will be dispatched within the following two working days from the day the payment is validated/received. For large orders a longer time will be needed.

Should the product be unavailable, Wes.Cabell will contact you directly with a new estimated delivery time.

Every effort is made to get your order on time, however unforeseen events may cause delays, i.e. courier companies having  logistical problems. Should we be faced with such an occurrence Wes.Cabell will contact you directly with a revised delivery schedule.

All orders placed on weekends will be processed the following business day. Public holidays will also be taken into effect and orders will be finalized thereafter.

Order processing will not begin until we receive a confirmed order and full payment. For EFT’s this means that we cannot process the order until the funds have cleared in our account (which is normally within the next 2 - 3 business days).
