Refund policy
When you shop with us, we want you to be completely satisfied. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return within 5 days of purchase for a replacement (Hair Accessories are unfortunately not refundable for hygiene reasons). If you have ordered the wrong product or the wrong product has been dispatched, please do not open the products/goods or damage it. If the product is damaged, we will not accept it on return and no refund will be given. Cost incurred for Product courier returns that was not a direct fault on Wes.Cabell’s side will be for the customer’s account.
You must advise us in writing of your cancellation and any such cancellation must be signed by the person who made the original purchase. The goods must be returned to us undamaged in the original packaging within 5 working days. We do not accept any Returns after 5 working days and thus no refund will be given. Refunds will only be given in the return of product in perfect condition.
* Note: Wes.Cabell uses Courier Guy for all our Shipping and would recommends that you use Courier Guy for all returns as it offers shipment tracking through a 24 hours’ customer helpline. They are also a very affordable courier. Should you choose to use a carrier that does not offer a tracking facility and the goods are lost then no refund or return will be considered.
